Our experienced guides will reveal the secrets of the museum to you in a way suited to the age of the pupils.
The watercolor painting workshops will enrich your (self-led or guided) tour of the museum by helping you to look, in a creative way, at the emblematic themes of Folon’s body of work. At the end of the workshop, each child will leave with his/her own work of art.

“Museum, instructions for use”. The Foundation holds training days for teachers. It introduces them to its wealth of teaching potential: living museum, workshops and numerous teaching tools.

Birthdays – The portrait of a bird
During your visit, you ‘capture’ the birds in the museum by drawing them on paper. You place them in a cage then you release your sketches in the workshop, color them in, cut them out and give them your own first names. Finally, you let them fly away into a watercolor sky and give the result of your joint effort to the person celebrating his or her birthday.
Weekends & Wednesdays – Maximum 15 children (>6 year).

Self-led tour + workshop – Open to visitors wishing to organize a family activity at weekends, on Wednesdays and during school holidays.
The Folon Foundation offers a preferential rate to families (2 adults+3 children) wishing to visit the museum.

Every year, the Foundation welcomes thousands of visitors experiencing physical or mental difficulties. It offers the possibility of adapting its tours to specific requirements. The Folon Foundation has been designed to facilitate access for people of reduced mobility. Two wheelchairs are made available.

Every year, Ascension Day (Holy Thursday) – Intergenerational kite painting and assembly workshop, organized activities around the theme of air: story walks, music, carillons, creative spaces, kite-flying demonstration.
