As part of “La Wallonie des grands écrivains” (a year celebrating great writers in Wallonia), the Fondation Folon organised Des images pour des mots, an encounter between images and writing which showcased Folon’s talent as an illustrator.
The fifty or so works on show – watercolours and etchings – illustrated a selection of texts by great writers: Apollinaire, Borges, Prévert, Caroll, Kafka, Vian…
