Riera i Aragó. Explorations
7 June › 9 November 2014
Explorations provided an opportunity to discover the iconic works whose forms, colours and poetry characterise the artist’s work: Orange Submarine and Colors 2U [consisting of thousands of tiny submarines], 111 avions [an arrangement of 111 flying machines], Oceà III, Avions and other imaginary aerial or nautical figures.
A promenade exhibition in the Parc Solvay enabled visitors to view a number of monumental sculptures, including NSEW, which was created especially for the exhibition.
