1. PRIVACY
We comply with privacy legislation and, to prevent any problems, we keep the amount of personal data collected to a minimum.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we confirm that the information you provide to us when you sign up for our newsletter (email address and postcode) will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties. We will use this information for the sole purpose of informing you about our activities or those of our partners, or for administrative/contractual purposes.
You may remove your information from our database at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the end of any of our newsletters.
We use sub-contractors for our mailing system (Mailchimp), our ticket sales system (Elloha/Visit Wallonia), and for measuring the performance of our website (Google Analytics) but we do not carry out any profiling. We also ensure that our sub-contractors are GDPR compliant.

2. IMAGE RIGHTS
By participating in our events, you agree to your image being used in the Fondation Folon’s print and web-based communication materials. You therefore waive all right to seek legal recourse against us when photographs are taken at these events.
You can, however, contact us (at info@fondationfolon.be) if a photo which might be prejudicial to you were to appear in our communication materials.
3. PHOTO CREDITS AND COPYRIGHT
The images used on our website www.fondationfolon.be are the property of the Fondation Folon or the natural or legal person named in the copyright notice.
This entire website is covered by Belgian and international copyright and intellectual property law. Any reproduction, iconographic or photographic representation, adaptation or modification, in part or in full, or any transfer of the photographs, texts and illustrations on our website to another site is prohibited without prior authorisation.
The photographs or videos you take during our events may under no circumstances be used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
