Tribute to Jean-Michel Folon in Saint-Paul-de-Vence

On Tuesday 20 October, Saint-Paul-de-Vence will pay tribute to Jean-Michel Folon with a day dedicated to art, music and spirituality.
On the programme: a guided tour of the Chapelle des Pénitents Blancs, decorated by Folon, at 11.00 am, to discover this iconic work and the artist’s oeuvre; a commemorative mass at 6 pm; followed, at 7 pm, by a concert by the clarinet quartet ‘Les Bâtons Noirs’, who will take the audience on a musical journey through classical works, film scores and contemporary compositions.
A day to rediscover the poetic world of Jean-Michel Folon in the space he designed entirely himself in Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
